Applications will not be accepted if you do not meet this requirement. (Please be especially careful if you have not obtained a degree from Niigata University.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill out the necessary information on the transfer request form, pay the examination fee at the nearest financial institution (excluding Japan Post Bank), and pay the fee while keeping the following points in mind. When doing so, be sure to have the bank stamped in the &quot;handling bank&#039;s receipt stamp&quot; section on the &quot;receipt (copy)&quot; (financial institution \u2192 payer \u2192 university)&quot; and submit it together with your application documents.<br \/>Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the applicant. Please be sure to enter the applicant&#039;s name in the requester&#039;s name field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The examination fee should be transferred one week before the application period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfers cannot be made via ATM (automated teller machine).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examination fees and application documents already paid will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if you do not submit your application documents within the application period after transferring the examination fee, the examination fee will be refunded.
