Professor Takaaki Tanaka of the Faculty of Engineering at our university has received the Research Award and Paper Award for 2024 from the Japan Society for Food Engineering.
The Research Award is given to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to research in the field of food engineering, while the Paper Award is given to outstanding papers (including reviews and commentaries) submitted to the Journal of the Japanese Society for Food Engineering.
