This is a "Niigata Interdisciplinary" program that explores the diverse aspects of sake (production, economy, culture, history, health, etc.) through a blend of humanities and science, with sake as its common theme, and aims to cultivate highly skilled professionals and researchers/educators who can contribute to the development of related industries and local communities.

This program focuses on sake as a common theme, and aims to develop talented individuals who will contribute to the steady development of the region and the world by working in a variety of industries related to sake ingredients, production, sales, and consumption, as well as culture, history, tradition, and health, as well as in the field of new business creation, in addition to the specialized fields of economics, business administration, and agriculture.
