Adult admission

Long-term course system

The extended study system allows students who have difficulty continuing their studies due to circumstances such as having a job to complete a planned curriculum over a period that extends beyond the standard study period. If permitted for extended study, the total tuition fees that would normally be paid for the standard study period will be divided equally among the semesters over the extended study period.
Those who are eligible to apply for extended study are those who fall under any of the following categories and have circumstances that make it difficult to complete their studies within the standard period of study.

  1. Persons with an occupation
  2. Those who need to give birth, raise children, or care for relatives.
  3. Persons with physical or mental disabilities
  4. Others deemed to require long-term study

Special provisions for educational methods for working adult students (Article 14 exception)

To accommodate working adults who wish to enroll while still employed by companies or other organizations, we have introduced special measures for educational methods based on Article 14 of the Graduate School Establishment Standards, making graduate school courses and educational methods more flexible, such as offering day and evening classes and intensive courses during holidays.
